


Artemis Ath. Styliadou is an Attorney at the Court of Appeals, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), holder of a Master’s Degree from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and a PhD Candidate in Law at AUTH. She has extensive experience in immigration law, family law, civil law in general, criminal law, as well as land registry and contract cases. She has represented numerous clients with consistency, integrity, and legal proficiency, while collaborating with leading companies, legal entities, and individuals. She speaks fluent English and French, and has a good command of German, languages into which she also translates. She worked at the NGO ARSIS during 2021–2022 as a lawyer at the Semi-Independent Living Unit for Unaccompanied Minors in Thessaloniki, and since 2021 she has maintained her own law office in Thessaloniki.

I have attended a series of specialized seminars on the legislation of the National Cadastre (Law 2308/1995 & Law 2664/1998), the operation of the Cadastral Offices, and the scope of the services provided. My training was carried out within the framework of the cooperation between the Thessaloniki Bar Association and the Hellenic Cadastre, aiming at the enhancement of lawyers’ digital skills and their eligibility for participation in the Register of Legal Rapporteurs.
I have participated in a training seminar organized by the Nomiki Vivliothiki (Legal Library), covering the following topics:
– the legal status of foreigners in Greece
– residence permits and naturalization
– deportation and return procedures
– protection of unaccompanied minors
– as well as the case law of the Council of State, the CJEU, and the ECtHR
My involvement in immigration law is consistently strengthened through ongoing training and practical experience.
I have attended a conference organized by the Plenary Session of the Bar Associations of Greece, in cooperation with the General Secretariat for Equality and Human Rights and KETHI, on the New Legal Aid Program for Victims of Gender-Based and Domestic Violence.
